Return Policy
We hope that you won’t need to return anything to Gearcom, but if you do, we aim to make the process quick, easy and efficient, so you can exchange or refund your purchase with confidence.
Please note that we will be only able to accept your return under the following conditions:
- Your order has a factory defect
- This factory defect was notified to us within the first 30 days after your purchase.
- Products have not been used or altered
- Products were not on sale
If you meet the four previous conditions, please go to (link for returns) to process your return.
Once you fill up the information we need, we will contact you by email during the following 24 to 48 hours on business days where you will be able to find our instructions and the return label which will be paid by us.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse and we can verify that the four conditions mentioned at the beginning are met, your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Exchange Policy
We will be happy to create an exchange order under the following conditions:
- You need another size, or your order has a factory defect
- You ask for the exchange within the first 30 days after your purchase.
- Products have not been used or altered
If you meet the three previous conditions, please go to (link for returns) to process your exchange.
If you need an exchange for a different size, we will gladly be paying for the return label. We will send you an email with it 24 to 48 hours on business days once you fill the information we need in the link above. Once your package arrives to our warehouse we will send and invoice so you can pay for the new shipping label. Please allow 2-3 business days for your exchange to be shipped after your payment.
If the exchange is due to a factory defect, we will cover all shipments. Once you fill the information needed in the link above, we will send you an email with the return label withing a period of 24 to 48 hours on business days. Once your package arrives to our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for your exchange to be shipped.
Cancellation Policy
Once you place an order you will be able to cancel the order as long as it has not been shipped.
Please go to (link for cancellations) to ask one of our team members to cancel your order.
Shippments
Your orders will be shipped 24 hours after your complete your payment on business days. We will generate a shipping label that you will receive in your email and with it you will be able to trace your order.
We can ship your orders all around the US using UPS as our shipping carrier.
There will be times when we are going to be able to offer you free shipping, however, when there are no promotions you can see the estimated shipping cost and lead time entering your zip code when placing your order.
UPS will ask for a signature to deliver your order. If they don’t find you at the delivery address, they will try again 2 more times. After the third delivery attempt UPS we will send you an email indicating the ups center where your package is located.
Whenever you receive a damaged package please contact us to cs@gearcom.shop before opening it. Once we receive your report we will contact you to provide a solution.
